COCO MOJITO

A fresh, tropical evolution of the classic Mojito. A recipe prepared with coconut water for a fuller flavour together with Havana Club Original 3 Años. Be sure to make enough to share this sensorial experience with your friends!
MAKE IT
Coconut Syrup
- 10 ml
Coconut Water
- 60 ml
Sprigs of Mint
- 2
Havana Club Añejo 3 Años rum
- 40 ml
Lime Juice
- 20 ml
Soda Water
- 60ml
Ice Cubes
- 3
Wet the rim of a highball glass with lime, then rim with desiccated coconut flakes
Add the first 4 ingredients into the glass.
Muddle 2 large mint sprigs into the mixture, then add cubed ice to the top.
Top up with soda water, mix again, then garnish with a lime wedge and a fresh mint sprig
